Our program provides group counseling sessions with an array of practitioners from physicians to therapists to psychiatrists. We also provide case management and will provide community resources as needed. Often, at this level of care, participants are able to work, attend school, and otherwise go about their lives while attending SAIOP programming. 

What is Intensive Outpatient Treatment?

 

This program is an intensive day treatment option for adults dually diagnosed with chemical addiction disorders and co-occurring major mental health illnesses. The curriculum incorporates chemical addiction treatments, including Twelve-step facilitation and Motivational Interviewing, with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and other cognitive and behavioral health approaches.

12 - 16 weeks Group Sessions​

Groups are held weekly on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday5:30-8:30pm

​Low-Intensity Residential Treatment ASAM 3.1

​

Licensed by DBHDS as a supervised living residence for adults and contracted by DMAS or its contractor or an MCO. Clinically directed program activities constituting at least five hours per week of professionally directed treatment shall be designed to stabilize and maintain substance use disorder symptoms and to develop and apply recovery skills. Activities shall include relapse prevention, interpersonal choice exploration, and development of social networks in support of recovery. 

 

Residential program with 24-hour structure and higher intensity than 2.1. Low- more frequent therapeutic interventions, structured schedule, and close monitoring.

 

Target Population: Individuals with significant functional impairment, relapse risk, or co-occurring conditions who need a structured supportive environment.

 

Typical Services: Individual and group therapy, medical and psychiatric support as needed, relapse prevention, family involvement, and structured activities.

 

Goal: Stabilization of complex symptoms, management of high-risk behaviors, and preparation for step-down care ( 2.1 or IOP).
